This assessment provides double the impact in that it looks at both Self-Leadership as well as Leadership Traits and Team Roles. Leading yourself first is key and foundational to effectively leading others.
We’ve integrated two assessments into one to provide unique insights for both personal growth and also team function at the highest level. Not only do we analyze 28 attributes, but we also identify your personal effectiveness given your unique skills as a team member across the 7 Team Roles as derived by Dr. Meredith Belbin’s research.
We will not only highlight both your primary and secondary role strengths, but also provide an indication of aptitude toward the other roles.
In adition to providing an individual report for all team members, we also supply team cohort reports that look at the distribution of scores to highlight team strengths, gaps, and challenges.
