Dr. Snively has over 30 years of experience in the assessment field. He has specialized expertise in understanding and evaluating leadership and management behaviors and has authored 24 multi-assessment reports and 60 leadership instruments. In addition, he is recognized for his skill in customizing benchmarks based on high performers to equip struggling leaders to raise their performance and help companies hire better performers from the onset. He has customized batteries for industry-specific areas and mapped the attributes from the instruments to company values to create a narrative that helps leaders achieve extraordinary performance.
Dr. Snively earned his Ed.D. in Leadership and Management from Ball State University, his M.A. in Student Personnel Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University and his B.A. in History and General Science from Grace College.
