Not only do we analyze nearly 30 attributes, but we also identify your personal effectiveness given your unique skills as a team member across the 7 Team Roles as derived by Dr. Meredith Belbin’s research. We will highlight both your primary and secondary role strengths, but also provide an indication of aptitude toward the other roles.

We not only provide individual reports for all team members, but also team cohort reports that look at the distribution of scores to highlight team strengths, gaps, and challenges.
