This is a sample of the assessment we use in our FaithWalk course. Just select your grade level to take the sample assessment. Adults will need to read and explain the questions to students in grades K-5. The sample report at the end of the assessment is not an actual report of your scores. It simply illustrates how we focus on cultivating key competencies and attributes essential to Christ-like character to help students grow in their faith and prepare them for life!
