CultureRight Workshop Description


Module: CultureRight Culture Enrichment Workshop
Course Length: 3 sessions, 1 x 60 minutes, 2 x 90 minutes each

These interactive workshops help leadership shape culture in the organization by aligning vision, mission, values, and beliefs. Using the structure of our CultureRight assessment, entire organizations can survey personnel and workforce up to 4 levels, from Senior Management to Mid-level Managers or Supervisors to Hourly employees. Workshops will follow a methodical approach laid out alongside the assessment to interpret findings and then prepare leadership to impact change where desired.

Workshops are scheduled in advance as consecutive weekly online events and will be recorded for playback and for private coaching engagements.
Workshop descriptions overview
Session 1: Introduction to CultureRight This introduction will address report structure, how to interpret findings, and elements for practical use
Session 2a: Leadership Culture Leadership will evaluate attributes and findings relating to; Integrity, Trust, Leadership, Openness, & Humility
Session 2b: Performance Culture Performance will evaluate attribute findings relating to; Accountability, Quality, Excellence, Strategy, & Alignment
Session 3a: Interpersonal Culture Interpersonal will evaluate attributes and findings relating to; Cohesion, Communication, & Managing Conflict
Session 3b: Employee Culture Employee will evaluate attributes and findings relating to; Dependability, Honesty, Tension, & Retention Risk

  • Organizations will understand how each faction (measuring up to 4 levels) interrelate toward common goals and purpose.

  • Challenging areas for growth and development will be revealed.

  • Insights are shared and discussed to develop as a team and to be fully engaged in building out your intentional culture relative to important and defining characteristics of the organization.

  • Using the LionsLead CultureRightevaluation tool, organizations can measure and remeasure for growth.

  • Training is performed and goals are established through interactive discussions and application of the findings.

  • This workshop and associated evaluation methods provide concise and powerful data to build high performing teams.

  • This experience is used to establish benchmark standards to help you begin charting a companywide growth plan.

3 Virtual Workshops CultureRight weekly workshop series, online, interactive.
Time Allotted: 4 hours for all 3 sessions
Description: These workshops will be hosted online, one per week, and will kick off week one with an Introduction to CultureRight, followed by two additional workshops addressing Leadership, Performance, Interpersonal, and Employee Culture.

Instructional Methods: Instructor-led, online, open group forum. (Private workshops available upon request)
