How it works
We administer online assessment instruments to individuals and groups. Through a series of statements we capture responses and data elements that reveal one's behavior toward a specific situation, attribute or competency. In essence, we are measuring one's behavior in contrast to a desired benchmark based on years of study, research and marketplace validation. This data is compiled into a report that is used for personal reflection and coaching that leads to transformation and acceleration of one’s maturity and growth. Our indexes are different and deeper than personality profiles which are more an indication of “who you are”, but not a strong indication of how you might behave or react under certain circumstances. We take it to the next level by measuring “what you do” in any given situation. Ultimately impact is driven not by who you are, but by what you do!
