Dr. Daniel Snively
Dr. Dan Snively has extensive executive and management experience in several diverse organizational environments. For over 30 years, he held executive leadership positions in higher education and in a large international not-for-profit based in Washington D.C. He has advised and coached executives and senior leadership teams from Fortune 500 companies to national nonprofit and faith-based organizations. Dr. Dan is specifically recognized for his effectiveness in the evaluation and performance improvement for senior executives. He uses these insights to build results-driven teams, to help organizations develop their leadership pipeline and to rebuild effectiveness of leaders in crisis.
Jim "Fox" Foxworthy
Jim Foxworthy has a successful track record that ranges from field operations to the C-Suite in Fortune 250 companies and encompasses a variety of different industries from healthcare to financial services and manufacturing. Fox is a certified Mediator by the Institute for Conflict Management and is a trained Executive Coach. He has been a featured speaker for various national & international corporate leadership forums, and has authored several publications. He has also served on numerous Boards of Directors. In addition to receiving his undergraduate from the University of Tennessee, Fox is an alumni from the Wharton School of Business in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
